1. Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering
2. Preferably with minimum one year experience as Sales or Field Applications Engineer
3. Knowledge of hardware and firmware development
4. Ability to speak/write in English and Chinese
5. Ability to work independently in diverse environments, resourceful and be a team player
6. Customer-orientated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Dynamic, committed and has initiative
8. Strong drive for accomplishment
9. Willing to travel when needed

1. Identify customers' needs and promote total solutions to assigned accounts
2. Work closely with customers and principals to follow up on projects and successfully design into the end products
3. Develop reference designs relevant to market needs
4. Identify and develop new customer base through innovative means
